I've just seen them around in the last few, the Kjehl-less lineups, though I've seen Kjehl play, too. The 100 Flowers name, IMHO, didn't work as a punk name, since it comes from a Mao quote, and though I think John is a Maoist (they played in China a few years ago), I never felt any Maoist vibe in the lyrics. Not a bad name, it just doesn't fit. I agree with your Paisley Underground comment, at least taking the origin of the name out of context. I respect your answer, though. I still haven't come up with a worst band name. Maybe "The Child Molesters," since it gives everyone pause when they see it. Robbie, no, I’m younger than them.
